The main focus of our product offering is on chicken and turkey for the meat manufacturing industry as well as for the retail, wholesale and food service trade.
PROFOOD supplies e.g. breast fillets, inner fillets, trimmings, MDM, offal etc. to the meat manufacturing industry. These products are mainly poly block frozen.
By-products are packed and frozen for supply to the wholesale trade e.g. wingtips, wings, offal, gizzards,necks, tails etc. These products are mainly packed in 10kg cartons.
Products such as breast fillet, inner fillet, thighs, drumsticks, chickens leg quarters are packed and frozen for the retail, wholesale and food service trade.
PROFOOD is also able to offer a large variety of duck and goose products.
